The Board of Directors of Jotech are pleased to announce that Jotech Metal Fabrication Industries Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jotech has acquired 50,000 ordinary shares of YH representing the entire issued and paid-up share capital of YH for a total cash consideration of RM170,000 (“Acquisition”).

YH was incorporated in Malaysia on 12 December 1991. It has an authorised share capital of RM500,000/- divided into 500,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each of which RM50,000/- comprising 50,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each have been fully issued and paid-up.

None of the directors, major shareholders or person connected with them, have any interest, direct or indirect in the Acquisition.
